Andrew A. Bernstein is a partner resident in the Paris office.
Mr. Bernstein's practice focuses on capital markets transactions and joint ventures. Much of his practice involves securities offerings by French companies in connection with U.S. offerings that are either registered under the Securities Act of 1933 or exempt from registration pursuant to Rule 144A or Regulation S. Mr. Bernstein also has extensive experience in structured financing, international capital markets, and oil and gas transactions. He is distinguished as a leading capital markets lawyer by

Mr. Bernstein joined the firm in 1987 and became a partner in 1996. He practiced in Moscow with the firm from 1992 to 1994, and was resident in the New York office from 1994 to 1997. Mr. Bernstein received a J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law in 1987, and an undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard College in 1984.
Mr. Bernstein is a member of the Bars in New York and Paris. His native language is English and he is fluent in French.
