Adam E. Fleisher is an associate based in the New York office.
Mr. Fleisher's practice covers a number of areas, including international and U.S. capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Mr. Fleisher has worked on public and private offerings involving a variety of sectors, including technology, food distribution, securities trading and telecommunications.
Mr. Fleisher joined the firm in 2000. He received a J.D. degree from the Yale Law School in 2000 and B.A. from Harvard University in 1997.
