If you are sure of your career path, we’ll encourage you to get started. If you prefer to experiment in different practice groups before you decide on a practice focus, we allow you to do that.

What we won't do is require rotations or dictate your practice focus. Will that approach leave you lost and your career stalled? Not a chance. Because you'll draw on the guidance of our senior lawyers, who are available to help you every step of the way.
