Cleary Gottlieb recruits paralegals who are graduates of four year colleges and universities with strong academic backgrounds to perform substantive and administrative tasks ranging from background legal research through the preparation and organization of filings for publication or deal closings. They assist in proofreading documentation, translating and producing documents, due diligence projects and data room preparation.
