Mr. Macbeth has a broad commercial practice across a range of business sectors, focusing on cross-border corporate and financial transactions, particularly multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Macbeth joined the firm in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an associate at Herbert Smith in London, where he also trained. While at Herbert Smith, Mr. Macbeth worked on secondment at IBM in 2002 and in the Paris office of Herbert Smith in 2002/2003. He graduated with a degree in law from the University of Cambridge (Magdalene College) in 1999 and graduated from the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School in 2000.
Mr. Macbeth is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. His native language is English and he is proficient in French and has conversational Spanish and German language skills.
