The Buenos Aires office has been established as a branch of CGSH International Legal Services, LLP, a subsidiary of the firm.
We established the Buenos Aires branch of our subsidiary in 2009. Located in the Recoleta neighborhood of the Argentine capital, it is led by Andrés de la Cruz, the firm’s native Argentine partner.
The Buenos Aires affiliate works with the firm’s New York-based Latin America practice, which includes more than 80 lawyers. We advise public and private sector clients in Argentina and throughout Latin America on cross-border and domestic corporate and financing transactions, including capital markets, structured finance, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring, as well as advising clients with business interests in Latin America.
Actively engaged in Latin American work for more than 50 years, Cleary Gottlieb is widely viewed as the preeminent international law firm in the region.
