  • Counsel to Sociedad Operadora del Tren Rapido de Guanajuato in the $1.3 billion project financing of Tren Rapdio de Guanajuato, a light rail in Mexico.

  • Counsel in the financing by a joint venture comprising Brisa Auto-estradas de Portugal and Companhia de Concessões Rodoviáras to take over the operation of the Northwest Parkway toll road in Denver, Colorado.

  • Counsel to OAO Gazprom in the Blue Stream project to construct and operate a 760 km gas pipeline from Russia to Turkey under the Black Sea, including a $2.6 billion financing involving four separate bank facilities.
