Unsere Innovationen wie beispielsweise die ersten öffentlich angebotenen Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits (REMICs) mit integrierten Zinsswaps und die ersten öffentlich angebotenen aktiengebundenen Hybridinstrumente haben die Landschaft des US-amerikanischen Kapitalmarktes nachhaltig verändert.
