Gianluca Russo is an associate based in the Rome office.
Mr. Russo's practice focuses on Italian and international tax issues. He also regularly advises on compensation and benefit matters, including executive compensation, the benefit aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and the tax implications of employee incentive plans.
Mr. Russo joined the firm’s Rome office in 2004, and was resident in the New York office from 2006 to 2007. He graduated with honors from the Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali (L.U.I.S.S.) in 2001, and received an LL.M. in International Taxation from the New York University School of Law in 2006 on a Gerald L. Wallace Foundation Scholarship.
Mr. Russo has been a member of the Bar in Rome, Italy since 2004. His native language is Italian, and he is fluent in English.
