John D. Brinitzer is a partner based in the Paris office.
Mr. Brinitzer's practice focuses on international capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
Mr. Brinitzer joined the firm in 1990 in New York and became a partner in 1999. From 1992 to 1996, he was resident in the Paris office, and returned to Paris in 2000 following four years in New York. Mr. Brinitzer received a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School in 1990 and a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Amherst College in 1986.
Mr. Brinitzer is a member of the Bars of New York and Paris. His native language is English and he is fluent in French.
