John Cornelius is an associate in the New York office.
Mr. Cornelius’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions.
Mr. Cornelius joined the firm in 2009. He received a J.D. degree,
cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2009, where he was Managing Editor of the
University of Wisconsin Law Review and Articles Editor of the
Wisconsin International Law Journal. Mr. Cornelius received a master’s degree in history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004, and a bachelor’s degree,
summa cum laude, from the University of Minnesota in 1997.
Mr. Cornelius is a member of the Bars in New York and Wisconsin.
