Kee Won Shin is an associate based in the Hong Kong office.
Mr. Shin’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly capital markets. He has worked on a variety of cross-border transactions including debt and equity issuances.
Mr. Shin joined the firm in July 2008. He received a J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law in 2001, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar, and a B.A. from Yale College in 1998.
Mr. Shin is a member of the Bar in New York, and a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong. His native languages are English and Korean.
