Paolo A.J. Santi is an associate based in the London office.
Mr. Santi's practice focuses on corporate taxation, including the tax aspects of cross-border structures, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and international finance. Mr. Santi also has experience with general corporate and commercial matters.
Mr. Santi joined the firm in 2007. He read Jurisprudence at Brasenose College, University of Oxford, where he graduated with first class honours, winning an Oxford University Gibbs Prize for best overall performance in Contract, Tort, Trusts and Land Law. He graduated from the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in London with a distinction.
Mr. Santi is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
