Patrick Fuller is an associate based in the Washington, D.C. office.

Mr. Fuller's practice focuses on U.S. bank regulatory matters, including regulatory aspects of bank mergers and acquisitions, bank capital markets and private equity activities, investments by and in banking organizations, the U.S. activities of foreign banking organizations, regulatory compliance issues and U.S. regulatory reform legislation (including the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the Volcker Rule).

Mr. Fuller joined the firm in 2008. He received a J.D. degree, with highest honors, from The George Washington University Law School in 2008, where he was an articles editor for The George Washington Law Review; a Master of Public Policy degree from The George Washington University in 2008, where he was the 2008 MPP Honors Graduate; and an undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Washington in 1996.

Mr. Fuller is a member of the Bars in New York and the District of Columbia.
