Christophe Wauters is an associate based in the Brussels office.
Mr. Wauters' practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and structured finance transactions. He regularly advises on regulatory securities law matters.
Mr. Wauters joined the firm in November 2007. Prior to joining the firm, he spent four years as a member of the finance department of another major international law firm in both their Brussels and London offices. He graduated from the University of Louvain,
magna cum laude, in 2002 and holds an LL.M. from Cambridge University (2003).
Mr. Wauters is a member of the Brussels Bar. His native language is French. He is fluent in English and has a fair knowledge of Dutch and Spanish.
