Nick Kay is an associate based in the Hong Kong office.
Mr. Kay's practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Kay joined the firm as an associate in 2008. From 2008 to 2011, he was resident in the Moscow office. Prior to joining Cleary Gottlieb, he worked as a solicitor with Bell Gully in New Zealand from 2005-2007. He received a law degree and finance and economics degree from Victoria University. He also completed his post-graduate studies in economics at Victoria University.
Mr. Kay is admitted to the Bar in New Zealand. His native language is English and he has a basic knowledge of Russian.
