The Hong Kong office, in operation since 1980, is situated in the Bank of China Tower, one of the most prominent structures in the center of the financial district on Hong Kong Island. The Beijing office, established in 2006, is located in the Twin Towers, in Beijing's central business district. The Hong Kong and Beijing offices represent Asian and non-Asian clients in international securities offerings and financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, privatizations, project finance matters and other corporate transactions.
