David H. Flechner is an associate based in the London office.
Mr. Flechner's practice focuses on international corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on the firm's Latin American clients.
Mr. Flechner joined the firm in 2006. From 2006 to 2008 he was resident in the New York office. He received a J.D. degree in 2005 from Harvard Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard International Law Journal. Mr. Flechner received an undergraduate degree,
magna cum laude, from Yale University in 2000. Before attending law school, he was a Fulbright Scholar at the Universidad Carlos III and the Instituto Juan March in Madrid, Spain.
Mr. Flechner is a member of the Bar in New York. His native language is English, he is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, and proficient in French.
