Edwin B. Mishkin’s practice focuses on litigation.
His work has included the defense of significant class, derivative and federal securities law actions, litigations arising out of merger and acquisition transactions, product liability matters, unfair competition suits, and RICO claims.
Edwin has extensive experience in trying major cases in federal and state courts in a number of jurisdictions.
Edwin joined the firm in 1960 and became a partner in 1970.
