Eugenio S. de Nardis is an associate based in the Milan office.

Mr. de Nardis joined the firm in 2008. From 2008 to 2010, he was resident in the Rome office. He graduated,
summa cum laude, from the LUISS Guido Carli University (Rome) in 2003. From 2003 to 2007 he participated in the research activities of the LUISS-CERADI (Centre for Research in Business Law). Among other research and study periods abroad (Australia, England and the United States), in May 2008 he received an LL.M. in corporate law from New York University School of Law.
Mr. de Nardis has been a member of the Rome Bar since 2008 and a member of the New York Bar since 2011. He is a native speaker of both Italian and English, is fluent in French and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
