Gianpaolo Scandone is an associate based in the Milan office.
Mr. Scandone’s practice focuses on corporate and financial matters, including capital market transactions, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint venture deals. He also advises private investment funds and asset management companies on regulatory and transactional matters.
Mr. Scandone joined the firm in 2011. He graduated,
summa cum laude, from the Federico II University Law School in Naples in 2005, and received an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, he worked from 2005 to 2010 at the firm Bonelli Erede Pappalardo in the corporate law and capital market department of their Milan office.
Mr. Scandone has been a member of the Milan Bar since February 2009. He is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English.
