Jacques Nyemb is an associate based in the Paris office.
Mr. Nyemb's practice focuses on corporate and financial matters and emerging markets transactions, in particular mergers and acquisitions, project financings, private equity investments, restructurings and capital markets transactions.
Mr. Nyemb joined the firm in 2011. He received an LL.M. degree with Merit from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2009. He also received a Master 2 Professionnel in Banking and Financial Law,
magna cum laude, from the University Paris II - Panthéon-Assas in 2010.
