magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010, where he served as Comments Editor of the
Seton Hall Law Review. He received an undergraduate degree,
cum laude, from Brandeis University in 2007.
Mr. Boulay is a member of the Bars in New Jersey and New York.
