Jean-Yves Garaud is a partner resident in the Paris office.
Mr. Garaud’s practice focuses on litigation, arbitration, and white-collar criminal matters. He also has extensive experience in bankruptcy and competition matters.
Mr. Garaud joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner in 1998. He received an LL.M degree from New York University School of Law in 1990 and a Diplôme d’Etudes Avancées from the law school of the University of Paris in 1986. Mr. Garaud graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris in 1986.
