Valérie Lemaitre is a partner resident in the Paris office.
Ms. Lemaitre’s practice focuses on corporate and financial matters, including acquisition transactions involving public companies, structured financings, leveraged transactions and securities offerings.
Ms. Lemaitre joined the firm in 1994 and became a partner in 2002. She was resident in the New York office from 1994 to 1995. She received an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School in 1994, a Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées en Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité and a Diplôme du Magistère de Juristes d’Affaires from the Université de Paris II in 1990.
