Vanessa Tisci is an associate based in the Milan office.
Ms. Tisci's practice focuses on corporate and financial matters including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity. She also has experience in arbitration proceedings and restructuring transactions.
Ms. Tisci joined the firm in 2007. She was resident in the Milan office from 2007 to 2010, and resident in the London office from 2010 to 2012. She received an LL.M. from Stanford Law School in 2010 in Corporate Governance & Practise and graduated with honors from State University of Milan law school in 2007.
Ms. Tisci is a member of the Milan Bar. She is a native Italian and Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
