Andrea Cazzani is an associate based in the Milan office.
Mr. Cazzani’s practice focuses on corporate matters, with particular regard to domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and financial market regulations.
Mr. Cazzani joined the firm in 2007. He received an LL.M. degree from the University of London, Queen Mary and Westfield College in 2012, where he was a Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholar. He graduated,
summa cum laude, from the Law School of the University of Pavia in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, he worked from 2006 to 2007 as a trainee at the firm Bonelli Erede Pappalardo in the corporate department of their Milan office.
Mr. Cazzani has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2009. He is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English.
