Our German offices recruit fully qualified German lawyers as well as Referendare and legal interns (Praktikanten). Following an initial review of the applications, candidates who progress are invited to meet partners and associates.
Furthermore, each year the firm participates in the New York University International Student Interview Program and the Columbia Overseas-Trained LL.M. Student Interview Program held at the end of January in New York for applicants enrolled in the U.S. LL.M. programs nationwide. In addition to hiring applicants from these interview programs to begin work directly as associates in our German offices, we also invite selected students to participate in our International Lawyer Program in New York or Washington before transferring to one of our German offices.
