Caroline McHale Hailey is an associate in the Paris office.
Ms. Hailey’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Hailey joined the firm in 2007. She received a J.D. degree,
cum laude, in 2007 from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a Crowley Scholar and the Writing & Research Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal. She received an undergraduate degree,
magna cum laude, from Barnard College in 2003.
Ms. Hailey is a member of the Bar in New York. Her native language is English; she is fluent in French and Italian, and proficient in Spanish.
