Fabrice Baumgartner is a partner resident in the Paris office.
Mr. Baumgartner's practice focuses on financial and corporate matters, including international securities offerings, international and structured financings, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Baumgartner joined the firm in 1991 and became a partner in 2000. He was resident in the New York office from 1991 to 1992 and the Hong Kong office from 1994 to 1997. Mr. Baumgartner received an LL.M. degree from the University of Chicago Law School in 1991 and a Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies in Civil Law from the University of Paris in 1989.
Mr. Baumgartner is a member of the Bars in New York and Paris.
