Charles-Antoine Wauters is an associate based in the New York office.

Mr. Wauters joined the firm in 2005. From 2005 to 2007 he was resident in the Brussels office. He completed a Master's of Laws (LL.M) in corporate law at New York University and a Master's in Financial Management at the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School. He is a law graduate from the Université Catholique de Louvain and the Facultés Universitaires Notre Dame de la Paix of Namur, and studied at the University of Ottawa as an Erasmus student.
Mr. Wauters is a member of the Bar in New York. His native language is French. He is fluent in English and Dutch.
