Max Hua is an associate based in the Hong Kong office.
Mr. Hua’s practice focuses on corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and general corporate regulatory and compliance advice.
Mr. Hua joined the firm in April 2011. He received an LL.B. degree from the University of Nottingham in 2005, a Post Graduate Certificate in Law from the University of Hong Kong in 2006 and a Bachelor of Laws from Peking University in 2010.
Mr. Hua is a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong, a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and an attorney in the State of New York. He is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
