Roy Chung is an associate based in the Hong Kong office.
Mr. Chung’s practice focuses on corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and general corporate regulatory and compliance advice.
Mr. Chung joined the firm in 2011. He received a Post Graduate Certificate in Law from the University of Hong Kong in 2006 and a Bachelor of Laws from the London School of Economics in 2005.
Mr. Chung is a solicitor of Hong Kong. He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
