Laurent F. Gautier is an associate based in the Paris office.
Mr. Gautier’s practice focuses on corporate and financial matters, particularly mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
Mr. Gautier joined the firm in 2003. He was resident in the Paris office from 2003 to 2006 and he was resident in the New York office from 2006 to 2008. He received a LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 2007, and a Master (DJCE-DESS) in business law from the University of Paris II Pantheon-Assas in 2001. Mr. Gautier also graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) in 2003.
Mr. Gautier is a member of the Bar in Paris and his admission to the Bar in New York is pending. His native language is French, and he is fluent in English and German.
