Loïc Peltzer is a senior attorney based in the Brussels office.

Mr. Peltzer’s practice focuses on all areas of labor law and social security law. He has specialised in transfer of undertakings, restructuring of companies, management contracts, legal status of directors and managers, expatriation and international employment law. He is also active in litigation and advising national and multinational companies.

Mr. Peltzer joined the firm in 2006 and became a senior attorney in 2011. He graduated from the Université Catholique de Louvain and received a degree in International Law at the Universiteit Leiden and a degree in Pension Law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. He regularly contributes to publications on these topics, including a book on transfer of undertaking, and regularly takes part in seminars. He is a member of the editorial committee of the social law review Chroniques de droit social. Mr. Peltzer received the Lejeune award from the Brussels Bar in 1998.

Mr. Peltzer is a member of the Brussels Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English and Dutch.
