Marina A. Akchurina is an associate based in the Moscow office.
Ms. Akchurina’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly equity and debt securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions as well as on international arbitration.
Ms. Akchurina joined the firm in as an associate in 2009 after working in the firm as a paralegal and a stagiaire in 2007-2008. She received a J.D. equivalent, summa cum laude, from law faculty of State University Higher School of Econimics in 2007. Prior to joining Cleary Gottlieb, Mrs. Akchurina practiced as a trainee lawyer in UniCredit bank (Moscow) in 2006-2007.
Ms. Akchurina is a qualified Russian lawyer. Her native language is Russian, and she is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of French.
