Massimiliano Di Tommaso is an associate based in the Rome office.
Mr. Di Tommaso’s practice focuses on corporate matters, particularly on cross border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and joint ventures.
Mr. Di Tommaso joined the firm in 2010. He graduated
summa cum laude from the Law School of LUISS Guido Carli, Rome, in 2006 spending one term at the Copenhagen Business School. He received an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 2008. He is a Ph.D. candidate in Law and Economics at LUISS Guido Carli, Rome. Before joining the firm, he worked for McDermott Will & Emery.
Mr. Di Tommaso has been a member of the Rome Bar and a member of the New York Bar since 2009. He was appointed by the Rome Bar (
Consiglio dell’Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma) Secretary of the Rome Bar Conference (
Conferenza dei Giovani Avvocati) for the period 2011-2012. He is also a member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI). His a native Italian speaker and he is fluent in English.
