Marco Spada is an associate based in the Milan office.
Mr. Spada’s practice primarily focuses on corporate and financial matters, particularly mergers and acquisitions. He also has experience in bankruptcy matters and civil litigation.
Mr. Spada joined the firm in 2006. He graduated,
cum laude, from the Catholic University of Milan in 2001 and received a Ph.D. in civil law from the University of Ferrara Law School in 2006. He obtained an LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2008. Prior to joining Cleary Gottlieb, Mr. Spada worked as an attorney at the law firm of Professor Giuseppe Scorza.
Mr. Spada has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2004. He is a native Italian speaker, is fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
