Paola Albano is a senior attorney resident in the Rome office.
Ms. Albano’s practice focuses mainly on domestic and international tax issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, and partnerships.
Ms. Albano joined the firm in 2007 and became a senior attorney in 2011. She graduated with honors from the Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali (LUISS) of Rome in 1997. She obtained an LL.M. in International Taxation from the University of Leiden in 2004.
Prior to joining the firm Ms. Albano was an associate in the Rome office of Di Tanno e Associati (1998-2005) and in the Rome office of Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners (2005-2007).
Ms. Albano has been member of the Bar in Benevento, Italy, since 2001. Her native language is Italian, and she is fluent in English.
