35 Hour Work Week: One hour unpaid lunch. Flex-time available allowing employees to deviate from scheduled work hours and make up time over the course of the week.

Financial
Savings Plan 401(k): Voluntary salary deferrals up to $16,500 pre-tax limit per year plus 25% firm match on deferrals up to 15% of compensation. Firm also contributes 5% of gross annual wages regardless of voluntary deferrals.

Pre-Tax Transportation Program: Pre- and post-tax deductions toward participation in eTRAC Mastercard Transportation Expense Plan (up to $230 per month pre-tax). Flexible Spending Accounts: Medical expenses not covered by the Medical Benefit Plan as well as the deductible and co-payment portions of the Medical Benefit Plan, are reimbursed up to $5,000 per year as pre-tax deductions. Expenses for childcare are reimbursed up to $5,000 per year as pre-tax deductions for children 12 years old and younger.

Health
Medical and Dental Benefit Plans: PPO medical plan through a third-party administrator. HMO medical plan through Kaiser Permanente. Both options include medical and prescription drug coverage, with higher level of benefit for in-network usage. Dental plan through Aetna. Aetna Freedom of Choice Plan offers DMO and PPO options for dental services. Pre-tax monthly employee payroll contributions based on annual salary and type of coverage. Medical benefits extended to same-sex domestic partners.
Vision Care (VSP): Benefits include coverage for exams, prescription glasses, contact lenses as well as discounts available for sunglasses and laser vision correction.
Annual flu shots on site at no cost to the employee.
Short-Term Disability Plan: Full-pay based on length of service, from eight weeks’ pay after one year to 26 weeks’ pay after five years of service.
Long-Term Disability Plan: 60% of salary at time of disability, paid after 26 weeks of short-term disability at no cost to the employee.
Long Term Care Insurance: Provides nursing home care, assisted living facility care or in home nursing care to employees and eligible family members
