Sabrina Costanzo is an associate based in the Milan office.
Ms. Costanzo’s practice focuses on corporate matters and financial transactions. She is also an expert in intellectual property law. She advises clients on the creation and protection of intellectual property rights, intellectual property licensing, and intellectual property and information technology issues arising in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and research and development collaborations, as well as public offerings.
Ms. Costanzo joined the firm in 2004. From 2004 to 2008, she was resident in the Milan office and from 2009 to 2012, she was resident in the Rome office. She received an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 2009 on a Fulbright Scholarship, and a J.D. degree,
summa cum laude, from the Catholic University of Milan Law School in 2004.
Ms. Costanzo has been a member of the Bar in Milan since 2007. She is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Spanish and French.
