Mr. Glasper is an associate based in the London office.
Mr. Glasper’s practice focuses on international capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions, with particular emphasis on advising clients in the emerging markets. Mr. Glasper also advises on United Kingdom securities law and corporate law.
Mr. Glasper joined Cleary Gottlieb in 2006. In 2003 he received a first class honours degree in Jurisprudence from New College, University of Oxford. Mr. Glasper was an undergraduate Scholar of New College. Upon graduation, he was awarded the Harlech Scholarship to attend Harvard University, where he read legal philosophy and political science. In 2006 Mr. Glasper received a graduate diploma in legal practice with distinction.
Mr. Glasper is a co-author of the United Kingdom chapter of
European Securities Law, a comprehensive guide to the law and regulation that governs Europe’s capital markets (Oxford University Press, First Edition, 2010). Mr. Glasper is also a co-author of the chapter titled "Preparing to List Depositary Receipts" in the London Stock Exchange's "
Guide to Listing on the London Stock Exchange" (White Page Ltd., 2010).
Mr. Glasper is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
