Zizhen Chen’s practice focuses on capital markets transactions.
Zizhen regularly represents corporate clients from various industries and investment banks in China and Pan Asia on SEC-registered offerings, Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings and listings in New York and Hong Kong. Her diverse practice also includes advising companies on their pre-IPO and post-IPO financings and investments as well as various general corporate and regulatory matters.
Zizhen joined Cleary from another U.S. firm as an associate in 2014 and became a senior attorney in 2020.
