Gabriele Antonazzo is a partner based in the London office.
Mr. Antonazzo’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and restructuring transactions. He has represented corporates and private equity funds on a broad range of cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and other corporate and financial transactions.
Mr. Antonazzo joined the firm in 2000 and became a partner in 2013. He was resident in the Rome office from 2000 to 2003 and from 2005 to 2006, and in the New York office from 2004 to 2005. He graduated,
summa cum laude, from the Law School of the University of Milan in 2000, and received an LL.M. from Stanford Law School in 2004 on a scholarship from the Rotary International Foundation.
Mr. Antonazzo is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and a member of the Bars in Italy and New York. His native language is Italian, and he is fluent in English.
