Géraldine Bourguignon is an associate based in the Brussels office.
Ms. Bourguignon’s practice focuses on various aspects of corporate law (including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and equity capital markets).
Ms. Bourguignon joined the firm in 2006. From 2008 to 2009, she was resident in the New York office. Prior to joining the firm, she spent three years as an associate in another major international law firm in Brussels. She followed a Ph.D. program at the University Institute of European Studies in Barcelona (Spain) in 2003, and received a law degree,
magna cum laude, from the University of Liège (Belgium) in 2002. She also studied at the University of Hamburg (Germany).
Ms. Bourguignon is a member of the Brussels Bar. Her native language is French. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has a good working knowledge of German and a fair knowledge of Dutch.
