George J. Grumbach, Jr.’s practice has focused on commercial litigation and arbitration and involves domestic and international disputes, ranging from antitrust, securities and product liability litigation to contractual and real estate matters.

George is a member of the Bar in New York and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and a number of U.S. Courts of Appeals and District Courts.  He has acted as an arbitrator in a number of domestic and international cases.

George joined the firm in 1967, became a partner in 1975, and became senior counsel in 1999.
