Glen M. Scarcliffe is a partner based in the London office.
Mr. Scarcliffe's practice includes banking, capital markets, a broad range of financing and leveraged buyouts. Mr. Scarcliffe represents both issuers and financial institutions in connection with global equity and debt offerings, including investment grade and high-yield debt. He also has extensive experience in representing targets and acquiring entities in public and private mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and cross-border.

Mr. Scarcliffe joined the firm in 1989 and became a partner in 1995. From 1989 to 1995, he was resident in the New York office. Mr. Scarcliffe received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1985. He received an M.A. degree in 1983 and an undergraduate degree in 1978 from the University of Cambridge.
Mr. Scarcliffe is a member of the Bar in New York, a member of the Middle Temple and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
