Hoon-Jung Kim is an associate based in the New York office.
Ms. Kim’s practice focuses on U.S. and international corporate and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity investments. Ms. Kim also has experience in cross-border capital markets transactions, corporate restructurings, and intellectual property, securities, commercial and civil litigation.
Ms. Kim joined the firm in 2004. She received a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2004 and an undergraduate degree,
magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Harvard College in 2001.
Ms. Kim is a member of the Bars in New York and Massachusetts. She is fluent in Korean.
