Adam K. Machray is an associate based in the London office.
Mr. Machray’s practice focuses on international corporate and financial transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, finance and capital markets. He also has experience of financial regulatory matters, particularly in relation to financial institution recovery and resolution planning.
Mr. Machray joined the firm in 2011, and was seconded to the General Counsel division of Credit Suisse between October 2012 and January 2013. He graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2009 with a first class honours degree in Scots Law, receiving the Green’s Prize and Thow Scholarship in 2007, and the Scots Law Society Prize in 2009. Mr. Machray then completed the required elements of the Graduate Diploma in Law at the College of Law, Birmingham in 2010. In 2011, he graduated from the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Moorgate with distinction. Before joining the firm, Mr. Machray worked as a Legal Assistant at the Scottish Law Commission between September 2009 and August 2010.
Mr. Machray is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
