Felix Xie is a consultant based in the Beijing office.
Mr. Xie’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions.
Mr. Xie joined the firm in 2007. He was resident in the New York office from 2007 to 2008. He received an LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law in 2007, where he studied as an Arthur T. Vanderbilt Scholar. He received an LL.M. degree from Fudan University School of Law in 2002 and an LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 1999. From 2003 to 2006, he worked as a legal counsel in the Shanghai office of Siemens Ltd., China.
Mr. Xie’s native language is Mandarin Chinese, and he is fluent in English.
